Industry grade

1.      Water softener

There are a great of calcic ion and magnesian ion in the hard water to prevent the calcic ion and magnesian ion depositing and to generate the stable water-soluble complexes. As water softener, sodium hexametaphosphate is mainly used in the water for boiler and industrial water which includes the production of dyestuff, titanium oxide powder, dye-printing conditioning, purging of technicolor copy, chemical industry, pharmaceutical reagent and so on.

2.      Dispersant in the calcined kaolin

       Homogeneously disperse minerals which are hardly soluble in liquid and solid particle which are difficultly soluble in the organic pigment. It can also prevent the setting and coacervation of solid particle and form stable medicaments hat the suspension needs. It is mainly used in adsorbing on the surface of the solid particle to easily humidify the surface of the agglomerate solid particle. Macromole-type dispersant can form adsorption layer on the surface of the solid particle which raise the counterforce forming the steric hindrance particles.

3.      Chelating dispersant in dyeing and printing auxiliary.

       When the textiles are steam cooking, bleaching and dyeing, for there are a great deal of calcic ion, magnesian ion and heavy metal such as iron and copper in the water, they will disrepair the fiber and form crystal in equipment to damage the machinery. Meanwhile they will also debase the effect of steam cooking and bleaching as well as the whiteness and depth of color. Sodium hexametaphosphate is good at chelating and dispersing. It can disperse the calcium salt and prevent the equipment from generating encrustation, stabilize the cooking bleaching and dyeing.

4.      Floating agent

Used in emulsion breaking ,sewage deoiling and impurity-removal.

5.      Adhesive

Mainly used in the oil field. It prevents drill pipe from rusting and controls the stickiness of slip-adjusting in the petroleum drilling.

6.      Cleaning agent

Used in textiles and dye printing. For there are pomade and waxiness the fabric piece goods. Add cleaning agent can wash away the pomade and dirt in the fabric piece goods, clear off the pigment floatation, make fabric clean, soft and plump.

7.      As accelerant used in cement-hardening of building materials.

8.      Sodium hexametaphosphate is a good dispersant of hydroxyapatite in water and stabilizer in some chemical reactions. Its also used in paper-making, color film, detergent agent, soil analysis, radiochemistry, analytical chemistry and so on.
